The Tinkerbell costume was fairly easy to make and only cost me $26 at my local fabric store. I used 10 yards of tulle, elastic, and ribbon. The best thing was it took me only 1.5 hours to do. Now I am hunting for the perfect wings. I found Tinkerbell shoes at the Goodwill Outlet for less than $1.
Below is the picture. Please do let me know what you think. As you can see some of the tulle has glitter. My daughter picked out the glitter tulle.
